1. Is prior experience required for a tandem jump?
No, prior experience is not required. All of our tandem jumps are supervised by a certified instructor who will guide you through every step of the process, from preparation to landing.
2. What are the age and weight restrictions?
The minimum age to jump is 18 years old (with written parental permission, you can jump from 16). The maximum weight for a tandem jump is 100 kg. This ensures safety and comfort during the flight.
3. Do I need to undergo a medical examination before jumping?
In general, a medical examination is not required, but if you have chronic heart or respiratory diseases or recent surgeries, we recommend consulting a doctor.
4. How long does the entire jump process take?
From registration to landing - approximately 2-3 hours. This includes briefing, preparation, boarding and the jump itself.
5. Can I take photos and videos during the jump?
Yes! We offer professional photo and video shooting (₺24,500). Our operator will capture your emotions in the most vivid moments of the flight.
6. What should I wear for the jump?
Comfortable sportswear and closed shoes. In the cold season, we recommend a light jacket or sweater that does not constrain movements.
7. Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can change the date or time of the jump 48 hours before the scheduled event. In case of adverse weather, we will transfer your flight to another day free of charge.
8. What to do in case of bad weather?
Safety is our top priority. If conditions do not allow the flight (strong wind, rain), we will immediately notify you and reschedule the jump to a time convenient for you at no additional charge.
9. Can I come with friends or family if they are not jumping?
Of course! Your loved ones can watch the preparation and landing, take photos or just enjoy the atmosphere of Greene Harbors.
10. Do you have dawn jumps?
Yes! Our dawn jumps (₺21,000) are a unique opportunity to see Cappadocia in the rays of the morning sun and among dozens of balloons.
